This service goes beyond simple observations — it combines professional assessment, tailored recommendations, and practical solutions.
What’s included:
Full home walkthrough, with you and/or your caregiver, assessing all major areas for accessibility, safety, and functionality.
Functional assessment including mobility, strength, cognition, and performance in daily activities (ADLs)
Prioritized, written home modification plan (with photos + measurements)
Prioritized, written recommendations including minor modifications, larger renovations, and equipment needs
Product and equipment suggestions, such as grab bars, adaptive devices, stair lifts, and assistive technology
Optional coordination with contractors if modifications require professional installation
Follow-up call (30 minutes) to review recommendations and answer questions
Bonus: Includes a Home Safety Checklist for future reference.
